Birdie Shack serves Knoxville and surrounding areas. Travel is included within a 40 mile radius of Knoxville. Anything beyond 40 miles, travel fees will apply.

Your Birdie Shack experience includes the mobile golf simulator, simulator equipment, projector/display, golf clubs, and everything needed to enjoy the experience. Our team handles setup and breakdown so you can focus on having fun! A Birdie Shack attendant will be present during the entire duration of your event.

We need a reasonably level area with enough room for the simulator, hitting area, and guests. Specific space requirements include a 15x20ft space with a height requirement of 12 ft and a power source in close proximity. Contact us if you’re unsure whether your space will work!

Yes! Indoor setups are welcome as long as the space meets our clearance and setup requirements. Minimum setup is 15x20 ft with a height requirement of 12 ft. A power source in close proximity is required.

Because our equipment is electronic, we cannot operate in rain or unsafe weather conditions. We will work with you ahead of your event to determine the best option if weather becomes an issue.

We typically arrive 90 minutes before your scheduled rental time to allow enough time for setup and testing. You don’t have to worry about setting anything up—we’ve got it covered!

No! Birdie Shack provides the clubs and equipment needed for your experience.

Not at all! Birdie Shack is designed for golfers of all skill levels. Whether you’re a scratch golfer or have never picked up a club, there’s something for everyone.

We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for weekends, holidays, tailgates, and peak event dates. However, we’ll always do our best to accommodate last-minute bookings when availability allows. A minimum of 48 hr advance booking is required.

A 50% deposit is required to reserve your date. The remaining balance will be due 48 hours prior to your event.

Customers who cancel 7 days prior to their event will receive a full refund. Customers who cancel 48 hrs prior to the event will receive a 50% refund. If a customer cancels less than 48 hrs prior to the event, no refund will be initiated. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make a change to your reservation.

Absolutely! Birdie Shack is a great addition to corporate events, team-building activities, fundraisers, tournaments, school events, and community gatherings. Contact us about creating a custom package for your event.

There is no specific age requirement to enjoy Birdie Shack, but children should always be supervised by a parent or responsible adult while using the equipment. Must be 18 years or older to book an event.
